Charged me $320 for shipping and left LVP outside my front door for everyone to see, and tried to say no one was there when the front door was wide open to bring product inside. They wanted to charge me extra to bring it 2 extra feet inside. I’m a big builder and flipper and I’ve never had this kind of awful customer service. I will never do business with them again.

Price was excellent! Lower than local large chain. Rose Discount Floors install department was able to schedule install that fit our schedule. Installers completed install one day sooner then advised. Happy customer!
