Always fast friendly folks here. I've delivered here and hauled out of here. I've parked overnight here and didn't have any problems. Park where the yellow i drawed, facing the road.

VENDOR BEWARE - these guys short paid a freight bill instead of charging their consignee for detention. Meaning my business had to cover the cost. I was called to site by this company and berated by a man over this situation not in my control and then told they would not pay. I asked to talk with the owner and was told “girl, you don’t want to mess with Wiley”. So I guess that means these guys handle business affairs like children instead of adults. I have never had anyone not pay, just because they haven’t had a good Q1/2 they start slighting business partners who have provided better service than they got anywhere else. I constantly had to train staff and correct their errors. It is not okay to treat small businesses this way and I would never recommend doing business with this company.

Always a pleasure doing business with RMP. I've called on them several times in the past few months. Each job was as ordered, and production was as expected (only one of the 4 jobs was behind schedule - a miscommunication). Even though a job was behind once we got the communication straight, it was done (complete) within the week. Great quality of workmanship. I highly recommend dealing with Art or Jim in their sales team!

Poor Communication, sales members did not get back to us with a quote on 3 separate occasions over the course of a year. The one time we were satisfied we dealt with a one “Art”. He was diligent in all aspects and went above and beyond. Can not say the same for anyone else.

There’s good news and bad news. The good news is that if you need a special size round or square tube, metal sheet goods, etc., They will most likely have what you wants. The bad news is they are very independent, don’t return phone calls very often, and are very proud of their prices. Having said all of that, they are pretty much the only game in town.
