Rose Paving Atlanta

We had our entire office parking lot redone. Rose’s paving was incredible to work with. From the first time we met Mark Evers we could tell he knew way more than any other company we talked to. Our parking lot was old, cracked and we wanted to bring up ADA compliance. From redoing the concrete sidewalks, gutters, asphalt everything was done great and with detail! Mark Evers and Zach Morgan did a fantastic job coordinating everything for us and getting everything completed without disruption to our business. They were quick with responding to all questions. I’m so happy we found them and would definitely use them again!

Rose Paving did a great job for our community. Leon spent a lot of time with us working through options and being patient through our own internal process. When it came time to get the project going, Josh worked with us multiple times to make sure that the onsite part of the process worked with our schedule and went smoothly. Great job!

We didn’t have it in our budget to redo our entire shopping plaza in Marietta. To stay within budget, Rose Paving worked with us to complete asphalt repairs of our drive lanes followed by the sealing our parking stall. What a difference it has made! Our tenants are so pleased.

7/25/24 - Rose Paving repaired asphalt after the plumbers repaired an underground water main leak. Our 45-rooftop, townhome community in Downtown ATL has cast iron infrastructure that is deteriorating. Our sales contact, Mark Evers, was communicative and responsive every step of the way. He coordinated logistics with our plumbers, 1st Choice Plumbing, with professionalism and attention to detail. Superintendent Anthony Weekes led the onsite team seamlessly. They arrived on time and finished the job a day ahead of schedule, despite the threat of forecasted rain. The work crew was respectful of our property and the affected area was left clean and tidy. Our community is thrilled with this company and its performance!

Overall great experience working with Rose Paving. The team is professional, great communicators and stayed on schedule with the week long job at the community I manage. I would highly recommend their services to another community!
