Rose Paving recently completed a sealcoating project for our neighborhood HOA, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Even with two weather delays, the communication was excellent—Cam, Brianna, and Miguel were a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the work on-site was top-notch. The crew was extremely careful around driveway aprons and other sensitive areas. The team was prompt, professional, and answered all our questions immediately. I highly recommend for any community or commercial project!

This is a company who says one thing and does another thing. Recently they worked repairing my parking lot in Lauderhill. My initial talk with them was to sealcoat and stripe and with that repair the asphalt hole repair. They sent me the quote where they cunningly removed the sealcoating and striping. Once I talked to them, I clearly mentioned my requirement and budget. They gave me a quote within my budget where the sealcoating part was not mentioned. However, I asked them does this quote covers everything that I requested. They said, yes. This asphalt repair covers everything. Finally, the only did asphalt repair (repairing the holes), but even they only did 70% of the parking lot. Extremely concerning experience with Rose Paving LLC driving practices. One of their trucks almost ran into my vehicle and two others on the road, putting multiple lives at risk. The driver's reckless behavior was appalling and unacceptable. I urge the company to take immediate action to ensure their drivers are properly trained and held to high safety standards. Until then, I would advise others to exercise extreme caution when sharing the road with their vehicles.

As of right now, I am having some crack-fill work being done on our hotel parking lot. It is really simple work. But, I have to echo the reviews made by Moe and Kyle below that this company has so far has sent us two proposals to complete the work and they do not seem to inspect their work, but just send invoices asking for full payment. I will be willing revise or delete this review if they are willing to complete the work that they wanted to do for us. But, if not, then what can I say other than Moe and Kyle are correct and the company is not concerned with providing 5-star service and wanting repeat business.

From start to finish they were very professional and I could not be happier with the work they did. Austin Hale was the primary contact and he was very responsive, professional and tailored the job to our specifications. If you are a small business owner with a parking lot that needs repair or resurfacing I would highly recommend Rose Paving and Austin Hale as your contact there. The prospect of hiring a paving company is a little daunting but these folks made it really painless. They were fantastic about moving the heavy equipment around and doing the work on a day that worked for us. We are a veterinarian's office and were concerned about our patients and how they would react. Could not have gone better. For sure they get the highest recommendation I can give.
