I chose Rose because of their strong reviews, but our experience has been disappointing. After installing their termite system, they essentially disappeared. Per both their sales pitch and our written agreement, the system is supposed to be monitored for a full year. However, it seems that monitoring only happens if I call and request it. What concerns me even more is that their definition of “monitoring” doesn’t align with what was originally presented. The supervisor I spoke with today told me they typically only come out once a year unless activity is noted. I had to call to get them to even do the initial check though. And, despite activity being noted during the initial follow-up visit, no one returned—and the only explanation offered was that we were "missed." The supervisor also me
