I think the most impressive thing about Ryan was his willingness to stay in touch with me, answering all my questions, returning phone calls quickly, informing me of upcoming work, etc. When I first called about replacing my roof I was only thinking of my flat roof as it had begun to leak. Ryan's first visit with the insurance expector was a very thorough inspection of the flat roof, the mansard roof, the patio cover and the shed. The job turned out much bigger than I had thought. The total job took over a week during the summer, with long workdays from early morning until dark. Ryan was at the job site at least part of each day, sometimes all day. He not only kept an eye on what was going on but did a lot of the work himself. I have already mentioned Ryan and Rose Rock Roofing to friends

He stayed in communication with us from start to finish, helped us with our claim, and worked diligently with insurance to get our claim approved. On the day of installation, the crew worked quickly and efficiently. I was impressed they were done before I even got home from work! We are very happy with our new roof and gutters from Rose Rock.
