If you want communication and reliable service DO NOT use this company. We had initial contact months ago and they then just dropped it and would not answer calls. We re-engaged when they said that was a mistake and a gentleman came to the house and did a nice inspection and said we will be in touch and should be able to get to this soon. That was 6 weeks ago and despite multiple texts and phone calls they have never responded to a single one. No communication and impossible to get in touch with.
Had them come 1 month ago and said they would have estimate in few days-never came. Rescheduled for today at 10-no show/no call. Not sure where other positive reviews came from
The absolute most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They bash other company's to steal their work. Sales rep clearly doesn't mind saying absolutely whatever they have to in order to get the work.
They do good work and they're friendly people
Excellent job. I'd hire them again.
