Rosenbaum's ROCKS! (Chuckle!) Seriously, this place offers phenomenal product that they deliver within 4 days as opposed to the quote of 4 to 8 weeks like the other places offer. The prices at Rosenbaum's are the best in Town. Rosenbaum's delivers service that is beyond compare. Every person in the establishment is very nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. From the Guys at the front counter, to David and Janie, and of course Ryan, these Folks want your project to be a success and will go out of their way to help your realize it! Save your energy, go to Rosenbum's!

I walked in knowing exactly what I needed and the exact amount required for my project. Instead of helping, the two employees assisting me tried to upsell me by insisting I needed significantly more than what I came for. When I pushed back and stuck to the correct amount, one of them literally walked away and called me an “idiot.” If you value honesty, respect, and not being pressured into buying more than you need, be careful with this place. My experience showed they’re willing to lie just to make a bigger sale.

It was such a relief when I walked into this place! I really didn’t know what I was doing, but David Cook was extremely helpful. professional,, answered all my questions, and guided me till my job was completed. A huge shout-out to him for all his assistance!! Also, the guys in yard were so polite and willing to help as well. Can’t say enough about their excellent customer service at Rosenbalm Rockery! Loving my flagstone patio that my family and I designed and built!

All I have to is the customer service here was great!! My husband had lots of questions about what type of rock to get for our yard and Chris was very helpful. I highly recommend this place!! Definitely will be going back!!
