We are out of warranty and our builder recommended this company. Lady on the phone could have been a little nicer but woke up and choose to be rude today 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Toll Brothers used them for our new build and some of what they did was downright sloppy. We had an issue with the master shower within the warranty period and had them come out to fix it. During the fix, I was wondering what they were knocking out and braking. A few months later (conveniently after the 1 year warranty period), we have same issue and I go to change out the shower head, only to find out that they cracked holes open behind the shower valve cover and shower head. I'm having to replace some tiles 2 years after the house was built. Talk about lazy and sloppy!

After 3 years, my Jacuzzi tub is finally mounted correctly and working perfectly. Kudos to the crews at Rosenberg and a big shout out to Beto's crew for managing the reinstall! Their timely service allowed a possibly complex reinstall to go like clockwork. Rosenberg's team showed up. They carefully removed my existing tub, placing it gently in the master bedroom. This allowed space for the stone crew to replace the damaged counter top and recenter the tub the following day. With the new top installed, Beto's crew showed up like clockwork. They prepped the area (removing old concrete, adjusting the wood frame, and prepping the supporting concrete bed, etc.). Their 4 man team lifted and angled the tub in place. We checked to to make sure the tub was aligned ... after some no so gentle nud

Had a busted water heater that was flooding my house, wife and 2 year old home alone and freaking out. Called a few other companies and was told to contact my home warranty. I took another shoot and called Rosenberg Plumbing Service, they responded extremely fast and and took care of the situation professionally. I am grateful for their quick response and wiliness to help. I would definitely call them again. Thank you

Our plumber was Cindy, and she did an amazing job. Our hot water has been having issues for months. She was very friendly and professional. She was very thorough and found the problem. I highly recommend.
