Anne helped us pick out a good carpet for our steep little stairs in our 1870 farmhouse and their carpet techs came over and took less than an hour, and it looks fantastic. Very pleased with the whole experience.

FINALLY, FINALLY a flooring company that has it all!!! Beautiful flooring, great prices and installers that know what they're doing! I'm so sorry I didn't use them in the past because it would have saved us a lot of grief. My dining room install was the very best install I've had done in my entire house. They actually listened to our requests and didn't tell us what they were going to do. The installers made some suggestions that were very good. We had one minor hiccup that was my husband's fault, lol, but Chris sent the installers back out 2 days later and they took care of the issue. Their suggestion for the trim at the top of the stairs worked out perfectly! I would a highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!!! Thank you so much for my beautiful dining room floor!

I was in town for a very short time, and needed someone to be able to measure and install flooring during a specific window. We knew we wanted to select the same flooring we installed last year, and were delighted that they could check our records and confirm it was still in stock. Chris measured, and a few days later it was installed. I was worried about the surface, because the space is an unheated utility area covered by laminate. The installers professionally prepped the floor, and the results are beautiful!! I absolutely loved the responsiveness and customer service of this team!
