I went to speak with John on the phone and he was very rude and hung up on me before I could ask to make an appointment.

This company is fantastic! I lost my airconditioning mid afternoon in 95 degree temps. I called at least 6 companies, most of whom didn't respond at all, or couldn't come out till the next afternoon ......another 95 degree day with two dogs in the house. Than David returned my call an hour after I had left a message......and came over right away.... 7:30pm on a Friday night! He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous.....and was able to identify and fix the problem within an hour! I would HIGHLY recommend this company after this experience......and their prices are extremely reasonable.....and I get to sleep in comfort tonight!

During a nasty heat wave, when they were slamming ugly busy, they still managed to come out the next day and make a complete, inexpensive repair on our old clunker of an air conditioner. I was expecting them to push me to buy a whole new unit, but they just replaced a couple of capacitors, a condenser and gave it a good cleaning. The Technician, David, showed me EXACTLY what parts were bad and why while explaining everything to me. THANK YOU - I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good, honest repair and when it is time to replace it, they will be the first one I call.

Our air conditioner broke summer of 2019, our usual handy people (Bonny Air) was waitlist for a couple weeks so we decided to use them. Our air didn’t work all summer, every time they came by they told us it was working when it wasn’t. Had them out about 10 times summer of 2019. Bonny came April 2020 and said they didn’t follow any protocols or anything so they’re doing a bunch of work to repair the damage they created. I do not recommend.

I called another popular company with radio ads and tv ads today (did I say this was Saturday afternoon at approx 3:45pm plus it was 109 degrees) and was told it would be Monday before they could come out. So I got online and started reviewing comments from other companies and decided to call Roseville Economy Heating and AC. After speaking with a gentlemen I was told Terry the owner would call be back with in an hour which we were ok with. But with in 5 mins I had a call and I explained to Terry the problem and he said it would be to our home with in an 1hour. Seriously it was only 15 mins and he was pulling up. With in 10 mins he knew what the problem was and within 30 mins AC was working. Thank you Terry for your prompt response. We will be able to sleep tonight.
