If you read my review you will notice a pattern with some of the other reviews. Had to wait 2 days for plumber to begin. Appointment was set for 1-3p, plumber arrived at 1130 without notice. Luckily wife was home. Plumber, Eric and his helper came in and just looked at the sink and toilet visually and said there was no problem. After wife objected he turned on the water and flushed the toilet and realized it WAS clogged. Then proceeded to tell us that it wasn't covered by our home warranty which I dispute. He then told us he could fix it for $425, more than double another plumber charged for half hour worth of work. Unbelievably terrible NON- service!!!

I contracted this company through my home warranty service. I told them I was a single mom and needed an appointment that was sort of convenient for my job. They gave me from 8 to 11 this morning. I asked when approximately the "tech" would show up all she (the secretary) would say is I was the first appointment. I reiterated my time was important and if they could just give me a heads up that would be great. By 9:30 still no "tech". So I called and asked what the ETA was so I could get some things done...."your the first appointment appointment". I asked for the tech number or if he could have mine so I could just get like a 30 minute head's up. Nope they are not allowed to give out the tech's number to customers. I contracted with Rosi's Plumbing through Amazon to install a simple garbage disposal for $75. They contacted me 3 days later and told me that the actual price would be $175 - a 233% increase - because the disposal was a 1HP unit instead of a 1/2HP unit. Actually, my unit is a 3/4HP unit, so they don't know what they're talking about. And how is the level of effort required 233% more? It's not. I refused to pay, complained to Amazon. Apparently, in my case, their MO is to quote a low price and jack up after scheduling. I will NEVER do business with this company and it is my opinion that you shouldn't either!

This is the worst company I have ever worked with! They had a guy come out over 4 weeks ago and said we had a vent issue and they did not cover that?. So we replaced it and we still had the same issues. They jerked us around for several weeks and would not send another guy out, so today when I called to follow up they said the tech came out last week and determined that they had to jet the lines. First that is a blatant lie because he never came out. They are very dishonest so do not ever work with them because all they will do is take your money and leave.

Great job installing a water softener system on our home. Highly Recommended would do business again when needed. Thank you for your professionalism & speedy installation.
