I was very disappointed with the workmanship from Rosmel. I had to consistently bring to their attention shoddy work that they clearly should have noticed. They had to come back and fix the steps for they were not flush with the decorative tile on the step. something they promised it would be. In addition they had to come back and replaster the pool because they did not apply it evenly. They replastered it fine but the step was never properly repaired and it is still not flush. Every time I step onto the steps it is a reminder how poor a job they did. Very disappointing.

Rosmel Pool did an excellent job building the pool in my backyard, yes,they deserve 5 stars or more for sure.The process was very easy,the salesperson Roberto came home and gave us the estimate,we have had another 6 estimates from other companies and we decided go with Rosmel Pool(not the cheapest one,not the more expensive,just reasonable and competitive price,plus a lot of reference we had from friends about this company)the drawings with the architect/City Permit process took a few weeks and after completion of the legal process for opening the pool city permit they started with the demolition of my Patio concrete deck and dug the hole same day,my pool is a L-shape(30x11x17) with spa included,6 therapy jets blowers,color LED lights, saltwater chlorinator plus travertine deck.Pepe was o

Rosmel Pools did a high quality job renovating our pool and deck. The work was done in a timely manner and they were always available to answer our questions. We didn’t have a problem with any of the permits. Luz was excellent keeping us informed about upcoming inspections and next steps during the whole process through weekly emails and phone calls. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Their work exceeded our expectations and we are enjoying our renovated backyard. I highly recommend this company.
