Lousey customer service, very unprofessional. Can’t believe they have been in service for 20 years. They never replied to calls or emails; blew me away, not only me, the customer, but my home insurance as well. Unfortunately, this contractor was a referral from my home owners insurance, all they manage to do was waste 3 months of my time to do a restoration repair. If they didn’t want to do the job, they should have been upfront!!
