Two gentlemen from Ross Plumbing, Marcus and Tristan came to check out our tankless water heater. For many years, we were constantly have problems with the water getting hot and staying hot. Since we have an older system they discussed replacing it with a new system. They were very informative and knowledgable without being pushy at all. My husband and I agreed it was a wise decision to replace it since it had been a long ongoing problem. They were able to schedule us in a very timely fashion. We highly recommend this plumbing company.

Technician Marcus with Ross Plumbing came out the very same day we had called and did an excellent and fast job installing new piping from an unexpected water pipe break. We had a major issue at our office with our plumbing and we called around to get someone quickly. Marcus returned our call, got us scheduled first thing the next morning and did a great job and cleared up the matter. Cost was less than anticipated so we were thoroughly happy! They came to flush and clean our on-demand water heater. He did a good job but parked in the driveway blocking my entrance to the garage and then was on the phone so didn’t move for a few minutes. I wish he’d parked on the street like everyone else does. Other than that, good job
