Ross & Son's Utility Contractor Inc

This company disregards procedure when it comes to PRE INSPECTION before physical work is done. They do not notify homeowners before they start digging up peoples yards. They broke my BRAND NEW irrigation system because they did not follow the simplest of procedures. NO one came out to assess the property and they assumed it was undeveloped. I have live there for over 3 years. My neighbors have been there longer. COMPLETELY disregarded us and would not allow my own irrigation company to fix what they broke. This company needs to be held responsible for their actions.

If you're not home Ross and Sons policy is to open gates, doors, porches, do whatever they want to your private property. They say safety is their highest priority, but not your safety or the safety of your family and pets. My first experience with Ross and Sons was coming home from work to find six of their employees just sitting in my front yard while the rest of the company was working three blocks away. Once they saw me they all got up and scattered. A few days after that while at work my cameras caught two employees from Ross and Sons opening the gate to my backyard and going through my property. This morning I randomly find a another employee in my backyard running a snake through my drain pipe. They never asked me if he could have access to my house. Below you can see a picture

Ross & Sons was the contractor team that relocated my gas line for Virginia Natural Gas. Sebastian's crew was excellent during the entire evolution..they were courteous, polite, and professional. They filled any holes and covered with top soil. They left my yard with minimal damage...nature will make it right anyway. Thank you to all of the members of Sebastian's team that made a very involved event seem seamless.

Showed up on my property without notice. They never once knocked on the door or left a note to say why they are here. I never called them and I certainly never requested service. They destroyed my bushes and pavers and left it that way. Like the other guy, they put sand all along the roots of a 100 year old tree they damaged. Nothing lives in sand. This is not at all ok.

This company showed up at my house and blocked my car in the driveway and didn't offer any explanation of what they were doing. Just started destroying my front property and spewing asphalt dust towards my brand new car. Parked illegally in my yard and lied about having a permit.
