I have been been in the trades for over 40 years as a steamfitter. Before I retired I decided to start using other people to do work for me around my house as I deserved it and my knees were shot. Rossi came recommended to me as I was doing some remodeling. Anthony was awesome, clean and did did all work in a timely manner. Very honest and reasonable rates.

Called Rossi Plumbing this morning leaving a message explaining our hot water heater died late yesterday afternoon. Anthony Rossi called me back in about 15 minutes, quoted a very fair and reasonable price, and made time in today's work schedule to get our hot water service restored. I've met quite a few plumbers while working for 25 years in public works. Today as a customer, I want to share with you that the guys from Rossi Plumbing in Lemont exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, quickly sized up the job, got right to work, were done in a couple hours, cleaned up after themselves...and even hauled away the old water heater. Hands down, today was the best customer experience I have ever had with a plumber. I'm going to call Rossi Plumbing again when we remodel our bathroom.
