Putting up our pool for the first time and were perplexed about the pool treatment. Stopped in at Rost and got great advice from Dakota, picked up what we needed and were swimming same day. So glad to have this local resource for our pool and hot tub needs.

Dropped off a load at Rost Icf , but things got a bit messy ’cause I showed up 3 hours late. The shipper took forever—4.5 hours to load me up—and too many middlemen in between made communication a headache. The folks at the company were pretty pissed off, and I totally get why; they’re busting their butts to keep their customers happy. We had a quick chat, cleared the air, and found a way to move forward. Unloading’s taking a bit since their crew’s out on job sites, but they’re doing their best to get me out quick. Good group of guys, provided me with a lot of good council on an icf project. Had everything I needed and were patient with my questions. Project was a success. Thanks to Dakota for holding my hand through the process!
