We had a fantastic experience with Scott. He was incredibly thorough and went well beyond the standard scope of a home inspection. During the walkthrough, he took the time to point out specific deficiencies and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. He even inspected several items that are typically not included in a standard report. For the specialized systems he couldn't personally inspect, like the septic system, he provided excellent recommendations for trusted professionals. If you want an inspector who is meticulous and truly has your back, I highly recommend him.
