Your technician Scooby was excellent! Always let me know what was going on what approach she was going to use to get our toilet and plumbing fixed. Around 5 o’clock or so he said that the next step would be to use a camera and he told me how much it would cost for the first hour and each additional hour afterwards and I said that’ll be fine. “Hopefully you can do it in the first hour Scooby, if not, the property manager said that they can get someone else out here tomorrow,.” But I believed that Scooby had it under control and that we were going to be satisfied with the outcome. You have a great worker! Scooby rocks!!

Our downstairs bathroom overflowed, what a mess from a clogged pipe, but the gentlemen from Roto-Rooter did an excellent job. Didn’t leave until everything was running well. They were very professional, very nice and extremely polite. I will call them again and I will let others know how well they did.Thank you for the rescue! We appreciate it more than you know. Robert Brown came to Riverview Apartments yesterday, and I just want to recognize the amazing job he did. He was given a very complicated unit to work on, and he truly went above and beyond to get everything fixed for us and the tenant. His dedication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I especially appreciated how well he communicated with me throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. We truly appreciate his effort and professionalism. Mr. Malik came and cleared a deep clog for us on New Year's day 🙌🏽 We had water going all over the garage. He really saved the day.
