Roto-Rooter of Hattiesburg

I had a blocked septic line preventing my commode from operating properly. I called Roto-rooter and they responded very quickly. Mr. Davey came out and solved my problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My commode is now working fine.The lady that took my call was also friendly and helpful. I am pleased with the services I received from Roto-rooter. Roto-Rooter was awesome! They took an after hours weekend call and solved all of my issues. The quote was reasonable and all of the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. They took time to explain the process and went above and beyond on service. Tyler my Service Technician did a great job and would highly recommend him for any and every job! I’ve used Roto-Rooter twice since I’ve moved into my house this past June. You know how old homeowners “fix” things for the house to sell, then they fall apart month later. So I needed help, and the people at Roto-Rooter have been very nice and try to fix the problem as quickly as possible. The process is smooth and easy. I never feel like they are trying to upsell anything or rip me off or convince me to fix extra things that don’t need it. I will call these guys again next time I need their services.
