Roto Rooter of the High Country

We’d been having a slow drain in the basement shower and wanted to make sure the pipes were clear before any bigger issues developed. I called Snowbridge Inc. / Roto-Rooter of the High Country for service and was quoted $895 for a two-hour job including hydro-jetting, snaking, and camera inspection. I knew it was pricey but worth it for the peace of mind of having our 50-year-old lines cleaned and inspected. When the technician arrived, he only snaked about 12 inches—no hydro-jetting or camera work. The company said after the fact that they charge the same rate regardless of equipment used, but I was expecting them to clear, clean, and inspect the line further down—not just remove a shallow clog near the drain, especially after being told the service included hydro-jetting and a camera in

We use this Company for grease trap cleaning and we were amazed how professional they were. Kristin and her co-worker did absolute amazing job, explain us what was done, and even used camera to show us the problem we had, and explain how to prevent any issues in the future. Bill and Chris were very responsive, were able to show up earlier than expected on holiday and get the sewage pump station functioning and will come back later and do repairs! Can't say enough good about this company. They always take great care of me, and fix things RIGHT! I wouldn't call anyone else!

We had these guys come out just to inspect our septic system and jet spray it 2 years ago. We just had them come back for a full pump out and are equally pleased with their professionalism! They are customer service "the old fashioned way"!
