Roto-Rooter plumbers and Septic services

DO NOT USE!!!! Had a drain clog cleared by them, called less than 24 hours later as it was backing up again. This location does not follow corporates guarantees and wanted to charge me full price again. Out $600 with an unsolved issue now.

Pros: Only service I could find that would come the same day I called. Technician showed up a bit earlier than promised. Excellent communication from the office. Tech was courteous and got the job done. Cons: I was charged $525 to clear a drain with 12 ft. of snake. The job took 1/2 hr. and total time at the house less than 1 hr. No attempt at all at clean-up, and a pretty big mess. Price was communicated before they began work, but was much higher than local plumbers. Would only use again in an emergency.

Had a new spetic installed ( original one was over eighty years old) Steve and Charlie were extremely professional and worked clean and answered all questions that I had. Overall very satisfied with the installation price and work ethic. Would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for outdoor plumbing repairs and or installation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The gentlemen arrived and were friendly. We walked the job and then they went to work. The price was the flat rate quoted to me by their scheduler. They were done quickly and didn’t make a mess. Overall pretty happy with their work.

Can't say enough about Steve. He came on time and and did excellent work. We had 2 clogs. The first was easy to unclog, the second though was hard to find but Steve kept at it until he got it. Friendly, professional and fair. I absolutely recommend Steve from Roto-Rooter.
