There was a possibility that a couple of floor tiles would have had to be broken to cut out the old rusty flange, but Luis was able to avoid that by patiently and carefully chipping away only what was necessary. I couldn't really tell that he needed to at all. The caulking at the base is smooth and clean 🤌🏿✨ I think it only took him like 45 min total (?) Consider this review a formal request to send that man to any and all future service calls for this address, lol 😊 Thank you, Luis! 😁

We called Roto-Rooter, believing we had a clogged line. When the technician arrived, I explained that all toilets and showers were backing up. He asked whether we were on septic; I said I wasn’t sure. I’m not a plumber and saw no obvious signs of a septic system. He quoted $600 to clear the line, plus $100 if a toilet had to be pulled. Desperate for working bathrooms, we agreed. The visit quickly became a nightmare. He ran his auger and got it stuck, found another cleanout, dug it up, and got that auger stuck, too. Instead of verifying the system himself, he asked me to check with neighbors, who confirmed we were on septic. Austin Connolly Dameron from Roto-Rooter came out to fix our kitchen sink with a pleasant attitude. He fixed the problem with the water leak and stoppage in no time. It just needed a new studor vent. A great job.😃

We had to call Roto Rooter for our drains to be cleaned out. Our shower started to back up after only living here 8 months. We contacted our home warranty and the person they sent out only could access the roof and wouldn't remove the toilet. We do not have a cleanout drain in our yard. Luis was AMAZING!!! He got everything cleaned out and we can finally shower again! He was very personable and professional the entire time he was here. Highly recommend Roto Rooter and Luis!
