Honestly, I’d give 10 stars. I had been without water since yesterday, and at first, I brushed it off, thinking the nearby construction was the cause. But when the faucets were still dry this morning, worry started to creep in. After calling the water utility and hearing that the problem was on our end, I spent a long time searching for the leak—finally finding water seeping out near the meter. I reached out to Roto-Rooter, and that’s when Riley arrived. He stepped out of the truck with a warm, genuine smile that immediately eased my stress. In the freezing cold, he knelt down and dug through the ground with his hands, determined to find the source of the problem. Great service! When I called Roto Rooter I was told they had someone close by and they would contact him and send him over. Cole arrived quickly and went right to work figuring out what was causing the backup in my sink. He did a great job getting to the cause of my problem and cleaning out the pipes. Very pleased with the professionalism shown by the service man Cole and the quality of his work.

He was honest about the situation, very thorough with the inspection, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated that there was no charge just to come out and inspect. Roto Rooter did an excellent job! They were professional and took time to explain their findings and recommendations. The were timely, worked efficiently, and cleaned up when finished. I’ve used them in the past and will do so again if needed.

Roto Rooter responded to our request for service, septic tank service, in a very timely and professional manner.
