Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Very frustrated and disappointed in our experience with them. Made a specefic day appointment (because people have jobs, special gates, animals that have to be put up, and can't sit at home allday waiting for their "15 min warning" before they show), for a couple days ahead for a clogged main line at our house. They called the day before schedule wanting to do it then, and when I told them Noone was available It was responded with attitude and questions on why I couldn't make it happen then, followed by a final response of well 'we'll try' and make your original apt day. Mind you when I made it, that was not gonna be a problem and their books were pretty clear. Day comes of original appointment date, No call, No show, and me Not Shocked after the attitude I got the day before from them. T

I was pleasantly surprised recently. I have been using this service for a few years and I do live in a bordering State approximately 50miles away. I needed a service call, they came assessed the issue, and didn't charge me. This type of customer service is definitely worth mentioning, and I certainly will be recommending them to other homeowners.....

Absolutely professional in their services and very trustworthy. Jeremy comes running at moments notice to get us back up going as fast as possible. Work is impeccable. Not only did he let us know of our problems, but he also offered solutions that were economical and practical. 10/10 definitely recommend Jeremy and his team. We only use Roto Rooter!!!

I can’t not say enough about this company . They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done on time and right . The lead plumber Jeremy Lange is the absolute best . He always has a solution for my plumbing problems. He has came out late early freezing with snow on ground and pouring down rain. He is the absolute best . We own a property management company and they have earned our trust and business! Recently called them for work on our sewer and they gave us a quote but when the invoice e came in it was lower than expected. We will definitely continue to call them first.
