Scammed me for over $200 Have this plumbing fixture that had to be cut off and replaced they told me they had to cut out the entire piping go through my entire wall and turn a few hundred dollar job into a few thousand dollar job. I don’t know something told me to get a second opinion as soon as I got another plumber out here he was done in less than 45 minutes then charge me a fraction of what they were trying to! Do not use this company

I believe 90% of other plumbers would’ve started pulling toilets, drains and sinks just to figure out what was going on. Fixed the same day, perfect ever since.

John is the best plumber I have found in Gainesville. I’ve had him out for clogs and a shower head replacement and a new garbage disposal. He is friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and fully explained the bill so there were no surprises. I highly recommend him.

Yes, Roto Rooter has higher prices than some others, that's to be expected in my mind. However, when I needed service relatively quickly, they were willing and able to make the trip. Matt & Becky are personable, knowledgeable, and work to quickly solve problems. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
