I called Roto Rooter because I had sewerage backing up into my house. Steve called me back immediatly, quoted the time he would be here, and arrived exactly on time. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and knew immediately that there was a clog in my sewer line. He went right to work with his equipment and unblocked the line in no time. Before he left he gave me some advice to prohibit this from happening again. Steve is courteous, respectful and a pro at his craft. We need more like him in the service industry. He's made me a forever customer of Roto Rooter.

We had an emergency plumbing debacle where sewage backed up in the toilets and showers in both my bathrooms. I contacted Roto-Rooter at 11pm on a weeknight. They sent out Erick, who was able to get to me after midnight, which was above and beyond. He was able to diagnose the problem with the clean out pipe on the property, and get the blockage removed and the toilets working until Nick could come out in the morning. Upon assessing the situation, Nick cleared the roots that had shifted the clean out pipe from the main sewer line of the home. He also noted that there had never been the appropriate priming or glue applied to the pipes when they were installed by the builder. Rick was professional and friendly, thanks to him a lot for the service. However, it took him about 10-15 minutes to run the snake and unclog the kitchen line, and for that charged me $387. This is to me just ridiculous and I won’t be calling this company again.
