Paul with Roto-Rooter came today and was kindly able to move my appointment up due to a cancelation. He consulted with me on the issue of my slow draining drains and an issue with drain flies. He walked me through what he would do, answered questions and made recommendations for maintenance. I feel confident in the service I received.

Mike and Matt are both great. Did professional work without cutting corners. They are very reasonably priced especially for the quality of work provided. If any issues arise after work is complete they are extremely quick to return and address the situation. They are not one of these companies that put you to the back of the list. I recommend this company for not only snaking drain lines but for any other plumbing work you need done. You will not regret using this company.

The price was horrendous and they did not tell me alternative methods of repairing the leak. I could have installed an entire new toilet for half of what they charged me to repair the leak in the old one. My tenant said he could repair one of them himself and the plumber stated it had to be fixed by him and charged me $700 for a leaking toilet. I contacted them to adjust the bill and they would not reply. I will NEVER use them again.

Roto-Rooter has earned my plumbing business and I made 2 new friends! I called and spoke with Dawn to explain my issue and set up an appointment, she was so courteous and had someone at my doorstep in less than an hour. Austin and Justin were fantastic. They obviously were experts and thoroughly communicated every step of the repair so I understood what was happening. The repair was completed quickly and I was shocked how inexpensive the final charges were considering what I watched them do. I plan to call them soon for other repairs at my house now that trust is no longer an issue.
