Patrick was amazing!!! He was so kind and concerned about me. Water was flying out of the tub faucet and he checked 3 times before cutting the line. Then he came back when I requested and finished the job. He only did what I wanted, explained my choices and any consequences long term, told me where I could get what I needed and described it. He was quick, efficient and friendly. He has a new fan!! Thank you for all you did to help my plumbing emergency.

Recently bought a home which included a warranty. The warranty company denied the claim due to the plumbing company's wording. We called Roto-Rooter and they were friendly and fast. Doug came out to the house and diagnosed the issue within the first 15 minutes. He had the blockage fixed and explained everything in detail. He even showed us everything via the camera he used to find the issues. He went above and beyond after we told him that the previous plumber couldn't find the blockage and could not find our clean out drain. He located the drain slightly beneath the grass and proceeded to dig it up to show us. He also found that our plumbing was incorrectly installed which was causing the blockages to build up over time. He quoted us a great price to come back and install the proper mater

Spencer was very polite and professional, explaining what was going on. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and replace a corroded copper pipe that was the cause of continual flooding from the sink area. He got here within a few hours of my call and the work was finished quickly. I am very satisfied.

Had a gray water drain issue that other plumber hired before could not figure out the cause so the issue remains. Called Roto-rooter and the plumber came the same day. Patric is knowledgeable and found out the cause. After 3 hrs. the problem was fixed. Great service and capable plumber. I recommend.
