Roto Rooter Plumbing Service

I do most all my own mechanical work so I don’t normally have to call in a professional. However, a water heater replacement exceeded the tools and time at my disposal. I called around and landed on Roto Rooter/Zimmerman plumbing for their abundant kindness and willingness to answer my many questions. I cannot say enough good things about Spencer and Rob, the guys who came to install the new heater. They introduced themselves with a handshake and were incredibly kind, professional, and respectful of our home. Their work was a synergy of skill, diligence, and efficiency. This dreadful project of mine turned out to be an enjoyable and meaningful interaction with some of the best men you will find in the service business. Our experience was amazing. He got our appointment soon and situation handled efficiently. Robert Dolnik was amazing. He was quick, thorough, and informative. He made sure we understood what he did and was polite enough to ensure he didn't track snow/salt into the home. Hopefully we won't need him back😁, but if we do we know who to call! Thanks again

Robert (Rob), from Roto-Rooter worked twice at my house. Once to install a new toilet and second to cut out old kitchen piping and install new plumbing along with a new outside hose attachment. Both well within estimated times of completion. He worked alone, but did all cutting, removing, and installing new piping quickly and efficiently. The cost was much lower than expected. I wouldn't hesitate to have Roto-Rooter and Robert back again. Thanks, Tom

We appreciated a quick response and identification of the problem. Kaiden explained what, why and how he was going to correct the problem and was considerate of his time so we were not charged more than needed. He cleared the drain while being respectful of our home and he meticulous cleaned up. It was a positive experience.

Vinny was very professional and did a great job! Not only that but he was able to come out the next day! He thoroughly cleaned and checked that the drains were flowing freely before cleaning and packing up. He informed me about the options for addressing the roots in the line and what he would recommend.
