I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter when they came out to fix a water leak. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. James was the plumber who handled the job, and he did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and worked efficiently while making sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He also made sure the area was clean before leaving, which I really appreciated. If you need plumbing work done, I highly recommend Roto-Rooter — and definitely ask for James!

I called and a plumber was dispatched within an hour. Their pricing was super affordable, and the plumber they sent (Terry) was exceptional. He had our problem solved quickly, double checked that everything was operational, and even took the time to fix a low water pressure issue in our faucet. Top notch service! I would highly recommend using them.

He had to fix the pipelines Williams Plumbing messed up and refused to fix. Williams were called to fix a leak claimed it was the dishwasher and cut out the adaptat fitting. He fixed easily and fixed garbage disposal in about 10 minutes. Answered my questions very friendly.
