Toilet was leaking. Was able to get a same day appointment on a Saturday. The technician, Brendan M., took a look and diagnosed the problem immediately. He explained what was going on and made the necessary repair quickly. Very knowledgeable and professional guy. Price was very reasonable.

I signed a contract with Roto-Rooter on 11/13 for a specific plumbing repair. The plumbing work I authorized was not completed, yet I was billed as if it was. Instead of fixing the active leak, they attempted to dry the area while the leak was still ongoing. Their equipment repeatedly tripped my electrical power, and the original plumbing issue remained unresolved after their visit. I disputed the charge and submitted documentation, but I have not received my money back for services that were not properly performed. Unprofessional, costly, and not worth the stress. I would not recommend. Update: Following this review, I spoke with the general manager by phone. He indicated he would follow up, but there has been no further communication. The matter remains unresolved.

I had issue with the sump pump running continuously for few days. The water was also hot and steaming. I called them to check on the issue and suggest solution. The technician came on time and borrowed a flash light, looked through the holes on the cover and confirmed that the pump is old and is living on last few threads of broken connection(not sure why my electrical circuit did not trip). He quoted $2000 to replace the pump. He mentioned the pump cost between $700 - $800. I checked online for the same pump to be $170. This year we had exception cold weather and everything was frozen for several weeks. The real issue i found that the outgoing pipe has a valve, buried, which was frozen. Better be cautious about trusting their issue solving capabilities and definitely their service charge
