Roto-Rooter is performing the fix and remediation for water damage from a pipe leak behind the shower. On-site, the technicians are great. It's fast and quality work and they know how to communicate with customers. The low star rating is for scheduling communication and not following through on promised time-frames. After first assessment of the issue, which occurred in the afternoon, they promised to be back first thing in the morning to begin work. Well, morning came and went without a call or update. I began calling, and was promised three different times that someone would call me back right away. Those calls also never happend. Finally, at 4:30pm, someone called and said a tech had an unexpected injury and nobody couldn't make it out that day. They did promise to start at 9:30am t
