Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I call them over to replace the old valves for the brand new washing machine. They install the new valves AND hooked up my brand new machine when it’s not part of their job. This Missy couldn’t be any happier! They inspected around the house to inform me few educational tips that I need to know about in order to maintain them.

We live in a rural area and thought it would be near impossible to get emergency service on a Sunday evening. Roto-Rooter was able to come out within a few hours (overnight) and check out a sewage back up that we had going on. Our Tech Brian was very professional, kind and efficient. Although he wasn’t able to completely get answers on what was going on himself, he got us to the next steps and set up for another field tech to come out. The 2nd tech (Sean) was here within hours! Sean was also awesome! He was able to get us very clear answers on the issue that is going on and next steps for a solution.
