Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Last week you guys were amazing!! I called late in the day and dispatch was sympathetic and willing to ask the guys if they would help out! Brian called in minutes and made the call to come help us instead of leaving more work for the oncall after hours technician and going home early on a Friday. Shows up and just gets right after it and even while answering questions and talking through everything. Super professional and willing to talk through options moving forward with find a solution. Great work and appreciate the willingness to help.

Honestly, we didn’t have the best experience, but the service was friendly. The follow up afterwards was very much appreciated and we would consider using Roto again, especially due to their quick response time.

I required their services over New Years they were very easy to reach despite the holiday—all the technicians were super great to communicate with and very kind. We ran into an issue with my crawl space opening being too small, and they were so reasonable with how they handled the visits and payment. Recently our cabin near Sunriver had issues with our toilets backing up as well as our bathtub and shower. We called Tanner from Roto-Rooter in Bend and he showed up early and was able to make a quick diagnosis of the problem. He was friendly knowledgeable and honest about what the problem was. He recommended that we have our septic tank pumped which turned out to be exactly what was needed. In the long run he saved us lots of money and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone else. He was awesome!
