Manny was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quickly troubleshot the issues we were having at home. He provided several options for us to consider, with an overall resolution that was priced well, well below any of the other three competitors I got quotes from. Very happy with his service!

Unfortunately my water heater had a leak which was pouring out water. Roto Rooter got to my house within an hour and a half of my call (a competitor couldn’t get to me until the next day!) Emanuel arrived with a smile and great attitude. He quickly identified the problem, gave me a quote and got to work. I have a little bit of a challenging house set up but he never made it feel like it was an issue for him. Jacob is a genuinely awesome person and and FANTASTIC technician. He arrived promptly within our service window and got right to work. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything ahead of time so there were no surprises. Unfortunately, our sewer line has to be replaced, so he wasn't able to access the clog, but we genuinely appreciate all his efforts, and will be using Roto Rooter going forward.
