From the very beginning Kelly was understanding and helpful with the issue we were having. He kept us informed on every move that was made everyday. He took pictures and sent text to make sure we were able to see the progress that was being made. He scheduled meeting times with the inspectors to make sure everyone was on the same page. My installer, Thomas, did an awesome job! I only had one day off work and really needed someone to work with my time frame even though it was a short time frame to get it all done. My previous water heater burned, so I had a claim through Lowes to get a replacement and return the old one at the same time. The store took for 55 minutes to figure out how to do the exchange, but Thomas was extremely patient with me while did that. He was very professional with great sense humor and friendly attitude which was very pleasant! His work was flawless and he was neat and cleaned after himself once the done was done. I got excellent service from Jackson and Lyle! They came to my home within 15 minutes after I called the company. They were courteous and professional. They quickly diagnosed my sewer blockage and were able to clear it for a very fair price. They even guaranteed their work. I would highly recommend this company! Hopefully i will not require their service again but if I do I will definatey call this company.

The response was immediate, the technician was willing to explain details, and the work itself was quickly done. He gave some hints to prevent the issue in the future. Very polite and friendly. The price was high but worth every penny. Got a senior discount, too.
