Waldo was fantastic. He spent 2+ hours late into the evening clearing a tricky sewer/drain blockage. When it looked like a more extensive and expensive service might be necessary, Waldo stayed committed and worked hard to get us clear! He was also great to talk to, very polite, and treated the house with care - he even had coverings for his boots and machinery and cleaned up our bathroom before leaving!
