Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had an excellent experience with Kostadin Bogdanov from Roto-Rooter. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in diagnosing and fixing my plumbing issues. Kostadin took the time to explain what was causing the problem and walked me through the repair process so I felt fully informed. His work was quick, efficient, and high-quality, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. On top of his technical skill, Kostadin was courteous, respectful of my home, and genuinely cared about providing great service. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such a positive attitude. Isaiah from Roto-Rooter Plumbing was great, professional and really patient! He also did a very good job with the installation. This was an impromptu decision and they really came through and did a clean job. I would definitely use this company again when needed.

Service was excellent, service arrived in less than 1 hrs after placing call. Emily and Cory very professional, took time to explain the issue after servicing. Both treated us with respect, and take their job very serious. More companies need employees (owners) that make you feel and treat you as a person not just another service job. I recommend your company to anyone experiencing an plumbing issue. I personally have never called a company that provided service immediately. Again thank you, will give you more than 5 stars.

The stopper for my sink was stuck closed. A technician was called and within 45 minutes Isaac arrived. He was polite, professional, and honest. He examined the issue and let me know is the price if it was a small fix or the rate if additional service was required. It proved to be a fairly easy fix and the basic quote was charged. It was terrific knowing what to expect, getting the work done, and paying what was quoted, I will never call anyone else!

this was our SECOND emergency call out to RR for a burst hot water pipe , the first on 12/23 and the same darn pipe. Isaac was our technician on both calls and he was exceptional. He is kind, knowledgeable, effecient and personable. Our overall impression of RR Emergency Services is that they are outstanding. They were great communicating with me, answering all my questions and concerns and kept me informed as to arrival time of Isaac. The chap who performed the demo of the damaged area, Larry, was also exceptional. He made sure I understood what he was about to do. RR also sent their inspector, Bob, to check on the drying progress. Also, personable and efficient. I will definitely call RR Emergency Services again.
