Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Thanks to Cory and Zack for coming over to rectify a hot water heater issue I had. My wife and daughter were unable to get a nice hot shower because of issues with the water heater. They trouble shoot every avenue until they get the hot water heater working efficiently. Very nice guys who never give up. They stick with me which I very much appreciate until they fix the problem. Would love to meet them again hoping not for another water heater problem but to hang out in my backyard for a bbq 😂. And thanks to the nice young lady who reached out to me to find out if everything went well. Thanks to Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleaner up. I’m heading to the shower now for a nice warm bath. They replaced our pressure tank and replaced some old corrototed pipes THE SAME DAY that I called them with no sort of rush fee or anything. The technician was very experienced and professional.

Make sure you verify the time of your scheduled service a day or two beforehand. I called when no one showed up at 10:00 (appointment time) and was told my allotted time was 2:00-4:00. Hmm.. no one told me of the change. Someone dropped the ball.

Ritchie was great. Explained everything well. Was very honest about the cost and tried to save me money. I went ahead though with the toilet snaking. It was a problem that had been going on for months and he fixed it. So I am very happy with the result. I strongly recommend them - they were great.
