Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Stephan was amazing!!! He was the plumber who showed up for my emergency call in the middle of the of the night. He didn’t leave my house until after 1 AM. He did what he could to help the emergent issue in the middle of the night, then returned to my house that same day in the afternoon to finish up the work. He went above and beyond to help!!! He was very respectful of my home, understanding, and compassionate! He took his time explaining everything, offering recommendations, and brought a cleanup crew with him to give us an estimate when he returned that same afternoon. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!!! He made a stressful situation more manageable and we are grateful!!!! Thank you again Stephan!!!!

We called Roto Rooter for assistance with our plumbing (toilets, tubs, and sinks backing up and slow draining). Van and Adam took the time to find the problem which took them almost 8 hours. They were able to find a piece of wood in our pipes and were able to remove it. They were wonderful to work with and were very professional and kind. We would absolutely work with them again in the future and would recommend them for plumbing help.

VERY timely response to my slow laundry drain. Tech Andrew was very kind, knowledgeable, and quick to work. Issue was quickly resolved and inspected by his field supervisor! With the use of the borescope, I was able to see the clog was clear! Service was a little expensive, but they offer coupons on the website that helped a little! Thanks again!

Thankful he could get here within 45 minutes of calling when other businesses couldn’t book us for days. He was very informative of issues involving our sewer line back up, and even patiently waited for a camera to arrive so he could collaborate with a team member on our home’s issues. We feel taken cared for.
