Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

They usually do a great job. I gave 3 stars because of the pricing. $250 to unscrew hot and cold lines under the sink is a lot. The visit lasted about 20 minutes. I hired them because I wanted to make sure the valves still worked because the last time I unscrewed the lines and the valves were corroded and didnt stop the water. The technician did his job, but the pricing was outrageous. $250. It wasn't an emergency issue either where they charge extra. As a matter of fact I made the appointment 3 days earlier and notified them that this is NOT an emergency. When I made the appointment the dispatcher told me they will give me a price once the technician came. I figured I would probably be around $100 even though thats still a lot even with NO leaks. We had leaks under our kitchen and bathroom sinks, and Brad took care of everything quickly. Our appointment window was 12 to 2, and he arrived right on time. Both Brad from Cincinnati and Ron from the Dayton area we're both amazing technicians. They were punctual they were professional and they were polite. They both worked very hard to get my drainage system cleaned out. I stood outside with Ron for about four hours helping him as much as I possibly Could and he was very thankful. After he left Brad showed up with the Jetter and finished it and around about two hours. When I say this was an amazing feat, it was one of those "you had to be there to see it". Andy did a great job! He worked to get my toilet unclogged and it flushes better than it has in a long time. He was very pleasant and profession. I would highly recommend!
