Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

There was so many good things that happened with roto rooter today. 1st its a Saturday and to my surprise they were at my home also immediately. Secondly, the technician was very focused and found out the problem within a few minutes after arrival. He was very informative and knowledgeable. His assistant was courteous and studious. They worked with a sense of urgency and didnt stop until they completed the installation of a new water heater. They also fixed a couple other plumbing problems. I was thoroughly impressed. Whatever your paying this gentlemen, im absolutely sure hes worth every bit of it. His name is Kostadin. Kostadin turned a very dismal day into a very nice day. Thank you so much.

So had a minor major issue. Called them in wee hours of morning and they helped me out. Ended up having to contact water company which made this an all day project, but Roto Rooter stayed by my side until the end and then fixed problem. Thanks so much for having the patience and doing such a great job!

Nolan was my service provider and he made the experience extremely simple and pleasant! No one was extremely efficient and I could tell he really knew his stuff. He quickly took an analysis of the situation and simply laid out my pricing options for me, making the whole experience still seamless because honestly pricing was my first concern.
