Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Sergio was exceptional in helping us unclog our sewer line. We tried everything to solve the issue on our own but clearly did not have his skills at assessing the situation and working tirelessly to rectify the problem. He was also respectful of our home and cleaned every area he entered. It is not easy to find dedicated workers who truly enjoy what they do. They were so easy to work with. The response from my internet inquiry regarding our clogged drains was prompt. It was midnight when I submitted so I asked for a call this morning after 8am and that request was fulfilled. From the person on phone scheduling my assessment to Mike 3119 the tech that came out to me everything was superb. Mike was very knowledgeable and transparent from beginning to end. Highly recommend

Kevin arrived on time with a friendly and professional attitude. He identified my problem right away and offered a fair estimate for repairs. He completed the job quickly leaving the work space neat and clean. He asked me to inspect the repairs before making payment. After checking the repairs I could see that everything was now dry and there was no more leak. I have called Roto-Rooter to my house several times over the years for repairs and needs. All of their employees have been polite, friendly and professional. Kevin certainly maintained that expectation and if I needed another repair he would be welcome back in my house.

We had such an amazing experience with Sergio! Had an unexpected issue in the evening and was hoping to have someone stop by for a diagnostics before the end of the day. When I called the office they answered quickly, were very kind, and got everything set up without a hassle. They even found someone who could come by in a reasonable time frame that day. Sergio was super professional and listened to all of our questions and concerns. He dealt with our issue (which ended up being not so much of an issue thankfully). He was also very kind and didn't leave any kind of mess. Was super happy with the quick and professional service!
