Tyler and Brandon were amazing. The company had availability to send some one out almost immediately. Tyler assessed the situation and knew that my problem was going to require more than he was able to correct at the moment but he gave me options and ensured that I understood what next steps would be. Brandon came out the next morning and was able to resolve my problem within a couple of hours. Both were very professional, informative and knowledgeable. The work was completed expeditiously and within the budget that I expected. I will definitely refer Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup to my family and friends.

Nothing cheap this day if it is good. I reached out at the beginning of the year. Company send out Technician (Josh). He did clean out the main sewer and seemed to work. I paid quite a lot of money for this. Water back in again in about two weeks after first attempt. Technician Josh came back, and he did clean out the main sewer and seemed to work again. Water back in again in about one week after the second attempt. The third time, Josh came back with the supervisor (Jonathan) because it required a camera to see what exactly happened in the pipe. All these three attempts and camera service in the six months warranty and NO charge. Nothing works at this time because of the main pipe to the city full of tree roots and water. The first person who was supposed to come out didn’t show up and at 2+ hours past my window I called to figure out what was going on. The guy said he would be here in 30 minutes and 30 minutes later another guy showed up. That guy did fantastic. I appreciate him being up front how the cost and being efficient.

The crew arrived an hour after I called, they clean my sewer drain and showed me the blockage and what caused it. Also gave me a reasonable estimate. Thank you Roto Rooter for your service

brandon did a excellent job and replaced some old water pipes for my washer-machine connection…brandon had great communication and prompt responses and was able to get everything replaced in 24hrs…. highly recommend!!!
