Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our small condo association in Miami Beach had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter’s Miami branch, largely thanks to Felipe. After another plumber from a different company had snaked our main line and removed what we thought was the blockage, we called Roto-Rooter to perform a camera inspection just to be sure everything was clear. Felipe used the camera to identify two additional blockages that had not been addressed. Based on what Felipe found, we proceeded with hydro jetting, and the team was able to fully clear the 150-foot main line. they were very prompt to come and begin service in my apartment. however they did not solve my problem and nevertheless I paid the diagnostic fee. Lastly, they promised to send me an emailed report within a day or day and a half and failed to do so. Today is day three and there's no report so I'm not happy overall with their service.
