Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I was very pleased with my service. He explained very well about what the problem was and helped me understand my options in a very polite way. Honestly he was outstanding! Awesome dude! 👍 Will definitely use roto rooter again, for sure 😀

I have a rental in Millville and my tenant noticed a clogged tub. So we called Roto Rooter and he came and ran snake and charged $653.61 (which is very high for snakes but I said ok as I thought we have a warranty that will fix the issue if it happens again). It was ok for a few days and then clogged again. When I called to bring him back, they said the warranty is for 7 days while for us it was about a month!!! Can you imagine 7 days warranty?!! All in all, this was a total rip off and I have to bring a different loca

Ryan Steur went above and beyond. I was only going to get an estimate but that quickly changed after speaking with Ryan. He was prepared for anything I could have needed which made the entire process easy and smooth. He was knowledgeable, respectful and cleaned up after the job was done. This was by far the best experience I have had with a plumber.

Dennis was very informative and detailed walking me through the entire process. He showed me the damages and explained my options. When Ryan (the plumber) showed up he too was great. He explained everything in detail, gave recommendations for replacement faucet and installed it neatly and quickly. Thanks Guys.
