Thankful for the same-day service. Great tech - quick and courteous. But - I watched what was done and the pricing for the service itself (not the fact that it was same day service) was wild for a simple extraction of a solid item stuck in the P Trap. I could have purchased the drill tool and did it myself and it would have been less than half the cost. Either way - it was a great experience but the pricing was just far outside what was expected, even for a plumbing service.

We had a clogged drain discovery two hours before new home owners were making the purchase. Mike arrived, ready to work hard to get things moving again. He did a great job and allowed us to keep everything on schedule. Thanks Mike!

John was amazing and so knowledgeable. There was a snow storm The morning that my pipes in the house all backed up. He drove for the service call during white out conditions. Through the whole process, he gave me updates as to what he’s found and what needed to be done. The happy ending is that by the time he left the waste water was running freely through the house. I highly recommend this company. if I could give more stars, I would.

I called for a sewer back-up issue and the technician Joshua J. arrived in just under two hours. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and fixed the issue and showed and explained to me what the fix involved and did it all without leaving a mess. Highly recommend him.
