Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter, thanks to Jonathon C. (#6810). He was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Jonathon took the time to explain what was going on and made the whole process easy to understand without any pressure or confusion. He quickly identified the issue with my leaking tub and fixed it efficiently. You can tell he really knows his craft and takes pride in his work. Everything was handled smoothly, and the problem was resolved the same visit. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter—and especially Jonathon C.—to anyone needing plumbing work. If you’re lucky enough to get him as your technician, you’re in good hands.

Josh was very helpful with my plumbing issue. He called me to explain my issue what my solution is and price range. If I ever have any issues again I would try to request Josh every time. Very customer friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for all you do! Definitely not an easy job.

Emile with Roto Rooter provided exceptional customer service! I called on a Saturday after a drain line backed up. Emile was out to my house within 90 minutes of my initial phone call - again, on a SATURDAY. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He had to go back to his truck to get an even longer snake to unclog way down the drain line. He even stayed to make sure they my washer was able to drain fully after the unclogging. I would definitely recommend roto rooter, and EMILE in particular.

He also, Let me know in advance of everything that he would be doing.He simplified things to give me a better understanding of what will be taking place. Root-Rooter got the job done right! Excellent service! The plumber fixed the leaking tub faucet by replacing the stems. Call on them for help.
